Recipe
Part 1 Curry
Ingredients :
- D and 500 grams of beef ,
- ½ onion , finely chopped
- 2 cloves , minced
- 6 cups of water
- 3 Chilli
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Salt & white pepper to taste
Method :
1 . 30 minutes of cooking beef .
2 . The onion is soft , caramelized low heat until the onion and garlic until fragant .
3 . Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes .
4 . The beef is tender and tasty .
Part 2 Kottu Roti
Ingredients :
- 3 new Parottas / roadie or store bought bread, frozen minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp mustard ( optional )
- 2 thinly sliced / chopped red or white onion
- 5-6 green chillies chopped
- A handful of fresh curry leaves
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 eggs
- 1 cup meat curry ( mutton / beef / chicken )
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon wedges
Method :
1 . Heat oil in a pan or pan and allow the dough to make mustard .
2 . 10 seconds, add the curry leaves and green chillies .
3 . Till onion sliced / chopped onions add .
4 . From now until all the water is gone, add the chopped tomatoes .
5 . Now, minced or sliced bread , pista , egg , salt and pepper , mix well .
6 . Once the eggs hard , stirring, adding broth with meat and cheeses until all the broth stick , pista and dry but not wet out there .
7 . Add coriander leaves , remove from heat .
8 . Serve hot with lemon wedges .
